baji liv Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Key Definitions

In this document, "baji liv", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the entity operating the baji liv service. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this service. "Service" refers to the baji liv website, mobile application and all content and functionality connected to it.

"Bet" refers to participation in a sports event or casino game using money or credits. "Bonus" refers to additional credits provided as part of a promotional offer, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting wagering requirements.

1.2 — Scope of Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered on baji liv, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games and other interactive entertainment services. It is each member's responsibility to read and follow these terms. Where a specific promotion or game has its own separate rules, those rules will serve as a supplement to these terms.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

To open an account on baji liv, members must provide accurate and up-to-date information. baji liv reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or incomplete information at any time. Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.

• Correct name, date of birth and contact details must be provided.
• An active mobile number or email address must be provided.
• If documents are requested for identity verification, they must be supplied.
• Keeping the account password secure is the member's own responsibility.

2.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

baji liv may request identity verification before withdrawals above a certain amount or for other reasons. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport, proof of address and payment method details. baji liv reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until KYC is completed.

3.1 — Minimum Age

All casino and betting activities on baji liv are for persons aged 21 or above only. Age will be confirmed by verifying the date of birth provided at the time of account registration. Any account registered in the name of a minor will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Strict compliance with age restrictions is a core policy of this platform. If a minor accesses your account, you will be held responsible.

3.2 — Geographic Eligibility

This service is operated for users located in Bangladesh. Users from regions where the use of online gaming services is prohibited under local law may not register for this service. Users are themselves responsible for confirming their eligibility under the laws of their own region.

4.1 — Payment Methods

baji liv currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other listed banks). Each method must be operated only from an account registered in the member's own name. Payments through third parties are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the member's own account

4.2 — Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is reviewed, it is generally processed within 1 hour. However, baji liv reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or any suspicious activity is detected. If a withdrawal is held, the member will be asked to provide the necessary information.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• The bonus can only be claimed once.
• Withdrawal is not allowed until bonus wagering is complete.
• baji liv reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account and balance may be cancelled.

5.2 — Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, slot bonuses, birthday rewards and friend referral rewards — each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period and eligibility rules. VIP members have weekly cashback benefits: up to 0.2% at Bronze level, up to 0.5% at Silver level, up to 0.8% at Gold level and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Platinum level. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

5.3 — Preventing Bonus Abuse

baji liv actively works to prevent abuse of its bonus system. The following activities will be considered abuse and may result in account cancellation:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to make risk-free profit through coordinated betting.
• Obtaining bonuses using a false identity.
• Making unusual gains by exploiting loopholes in promotional terms.

6.1 — General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. Odds displayed on baji liv may change at any time. baji liv reserves the right to void any bet where abnormal odds were displayed due to a technical error. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

• All bets are placed at the member's own risk.
• Maximum bet limits are set separately for each market.
• Odds may change quickly for live bets placed during a match.
• Bets placed based on incorrect information may be voided.

6.2 — Casino and Slot Games

Casino games are operated according to the rules of the respective game providers. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is determined by the game provider. If the connection is lost during a game or another technical issue occurs, the game result will be determined based on data saved on the server.

7.1 — Grounds for Suspension

baji liv may immediately suspend or permanently close any account and cancel previously awarded bonuses for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of false or forged identity.
• Attempts at cheating, hacking or manipulating the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Where a self-exclusion policy applies at the member's own or another's request.

7.2 — Closing Your Own Account

A member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to zero out or withdraw their balance before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses will be cancelled. If self-exclusion is activated as part of responsible gambling, reopening that account will not be straightforward.

8.1 — Limited Liability

baji liv is not responsible for: losses to bets or games caused by internet disconnection; issues arising from third-party software or hardware faults; account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence; and unexpected technical failures or force majeure situations.

8.2 — Game Results

Games operated by baji liv use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are entirely random and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. The risk of loss in betting or games is always present — members are considered to have knowingly accepted this.

9.1 — Data Collection and Use

baji liv stores personal information provided at registration, payment details and gaming activity data. This information is used for service improvement, fraud prevention and meeting legal obligations. SSL encryption technology is used to protect data.

10.1 — Responsible Play Policy

baji liv believes that gaming should be for entertainment purposes — not as a solution to financial problems. Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits for themselves. If needed, temporary or permanent self-exclusion can also be activated.

11.1 — In Case of Technical Issues

If a server error, network disruption, or software issue causes an unexpected outcome in any game or bet, baji liv reserves the right to cancel that round or bet and refund the wagered amount. The same policy applies to clearly erroneous odds or payments.

11.2 — Maintenance

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Any games or bets in progress during this time will be saved, and members will be able to resume from where they left off once the service is restored. baji liv does not accept liability for any specific financial loss caused by maintenance.

12.1 — Notice of Changes

baji liv may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or account notifications. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
